Meet Brad Goddes
A licensed realtor since 2002, Brad founded Goddes Homes in 2006 because he wanted to create a boutique brokerage that delivers exceptional, concierge-level experiences and customized real estate solutions for every clients. He has a knack for getting to know his clients very well, forming strong relationships, and helping them achieve their goals in a timely matter. Brad places relationships above all else, and success has followed. He's proud to say that many of his past clients have become good friends.
Since 2020, Brad has closed nearly $200 million in residential sales. He works throughout the Valley, with a primary focus on Scottsdale, Paradise Valley & North Phoenix. For the past decade, Brad has been ranked in the Top 1% for Sales Volume of AZ REALTORS® (ARMLS Statistics for Maricopa County). In 2022, Brad was ranked in the Phoenix Business Journal as a top 25 realtor (by total sales volume) in all of Metro Phoenix. Brad believes that to succeed in real estate & sales, it's essential to be available, communicate well, and always put clients first.
